Jason B. Meyer is a lawyer, entrepreneur, consultant, educator, and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). Over the past three decades, he has been responsible for some of the most innovative and salient education to engage working adults in compliance, the law, and ethical leadership.
Jason is the Founder and President of LeadGood Education, a compliance and ethics consulting firm that produces custom education and engagement, supports in-house compliance teams,
and enhances higher-ed compliance programs. Jason is also the Founder of Meyer Business Law, a boutique firm dedicated to the legal needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs.
To all of these endeavors, Jason applies his substantial and repeated experience as an entrepreneurial business owner and executive. Jason is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and has been selected as faculty for SCCE’s annual Compliance and Ethics Institute for more than a decade. In addition, Jason co-hosts the Eight Mindsets Podcast along with Nicole Rose, a lawyer and compliance leader based in Australia.
Previously, Jason founded and led a nationally accredited provider of innovative Continuing Legal Education (LAWCAST™); he was the Chief Legal and Ethics Officer for one of the first major providers of compliance e-learning (EduNeering, which was also the training partner of the FDA); and he ran a $50 Million education business unit for the then-largest provider of ethics education (LRN). Jason is the principal architect and author of several first-of-their-kind ethics and compliance education programs for audiences ranging from teachers and educational leaders, to managers in government agencies, to sales executives, to corporate directors.
Jason earned his B.A. with high honors from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs, and his law degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a former broadcaster and Boy Scout leader, an entrepreneurship mentor, and he is Chair of his town’s Economic Development Commission. He is also an active member of BNI and only mildly obsessed with the global trivia game Learned League. Jason is married to Tracy W. Meyer, a communications and marketing leader in higher education. They have three sons, and live near Princeton, New Jersey.
