Laralyn brings to LeadGood nearly 20 years of experience in employment law, ethics and compliance education, and sustainable development, with a background spanning roles in research, design, strategy, facilitation, and knowledge management. She has designed content and curricula for a wide variety of audiences in academia, the public sector, and corporations ranging in size from startup to Fortune 500.

Laralyn configured a digital asset management system for one of the largest social justice philanthropies in the world, enabling staff to search across hundreds of thousands of images and video footage. She managed the production of cutting-edge educational content for a global leader in E&C education, directed an overhaul of the company’s knowledge base, and then later managed the digital transformation of its education platform. She is a master list-maker, a punctilious editor, and an industrious organizer of things.

Laralyn completed Nielsen Norman Group’s (NN/g) Master UX Certification, which informs her empathy and understanding of how to shape information appropriate to different audiences. Prior to that, Laralyn earned her B.A. in Political, Legal, and Economic Analysis with high honors from Mills, and her M.A. in International Human Rights from Columbia University.

Fun fact: Laralyn and Jason first worked together at LRN more than ten years ago. Now, we’ve got the band back together!
